Because all of that is subjective. If your offense is subjective it doesn’t need special treatment. Plus what the person did was most likely not even a bit racist but you’re just an overly sensitive person who thinks everything is racist.

Maybe you didn’t mean to, so apologize and move on. But if it was your intention, then you’re just an asshole.
