i’ll never forget that woman who went to buy a bed with her wife and the saleswoman would not accept they were lesbians even when they said ‘we’re married’ the saleswoman had a pained look on her face and asked ‘friend-married?’ they’re not clueless or stupid they’re just monsters

edit: stop commenting ‘that’s just stupid/ignorance’ or whatever else, making a very conscious decision to deny gay people exist around you isn’t ignorance it’s homophobia and i’m sick of everyone saying ‘that’s just ignorance’ as if it makes it any better!
