Moon in Aries: the instinct to defend, to valiantly defend the homeland. the instinct to run and wait to be follow, to test the conditions of the relationship

Moon in Taurus: the instinct to nurture, conserve, safeguard. to make outlast and prepare for threat, to fill up or consume while the opportunity is available as it may not last 

Moon in Gemini: the instinct is to find a way they can steer the conversation to talk about their feelings about something or someone

Moon in Cancer: the instinct is to seclude, defend, protect. to nurture, nourish and care for unspoken needs

Moon in Leo: the instinct is to seek whatever means or behaviour necessary to gain the emotionally validating response they desire 

Moon in Virgo: the instinct is to second guess the safety structures and stability, to settle emotional tension before it even begins 

Moon in Libra: the instinct is to adapt into whatever expression makes the other person feel most safe, secure, and comfortable in their company 

Moon in Scorpio: the instinct is to defend against any form or impression of threat to the internal space, deep wounds, and emotional bonds

Moon in Sagittarius: the instinct is to run to a place that is anywhere but here, to shut everybody else out and hurl in the direction of impulse, to provoke the universe to respond with an answer to ‘why?’

Moon in Capricorn: the instinct is to raise the defences so any threat of being reduced to the inferiority and helplessness of the frozen child state is resisted
