LGBT+ people like playing tieflings because

1: they’re colorful like yes of COURSE I’m gonna choose to be purple over some shade of brown this is a FANTASY GAME

2: if you hurt them they have the inherent ability to retaliate by setting you on fire there is literally no harder clapback

3: they’re half fiend so they’re interesting by default, also it provides an easy way to write an “overcoming my ingrained self image and discovering who I really am” backstory

4: they’re supposedly super uncommon and a small minority of the population but wow there sure do seem to be a lot of us in the adventuring guilds lately idk sounds like human propaganda to me, you know what they say, one in every seven adventurers is a tiefling and if you don’t see one in your party that means it’s you

5: they’re hated and feared and viewed with disgust by most “normal” races for no reason other than the exaggerated, misunderstood myths and stories passed down from closed-minded ancestors even though most of them are totally fine and upstanding people who happen to be a little different and HMMMM maybe we relate to that just a little bit

6. Horns and fangs hot
