why the FUCK do jobs ask you to submit your resume then have you do a whole online application listing everything that’s IN your resume?  Why even bother?

There’s gotta be some kind of optimized way to do this. I think the reason it’s even a thing is because the Attached File is if human readers want to read it at a glance, whereas the fields that we as a prospective hire have to fill in are us literally doing their work of filling in their Database FOR them. That is the ONLY thing I can think of as to why it functions this way. Otherwise they might have to spend time and money on data-entry instead of having us do this stupid, redundant action. >_>

Really they should just have us enter our Name + Email + Number and our Resume should be attached permanently as a PDF file or whatever TO THOSE FLAGS in their system instead of having us fucking do data-entry for them every time.
